When I told them I was on the do not call list. They kept asking which do not call list. That there was 3 different list and they can call on some of them! I hung up on them.

No msg left. Caller ID said NY State. I Googled the number, it’s the New York Power Authority number. Why would they be calling me at 7:45 in the evening? A Scam perhaps? ????
