Constantly harassing my mother, claiming and implying that she was in a car accident. How may we go about stopping these relentless calls?
Calls all day from many different numbers trying to pressure me into filing a fraudulent insurance claim for non existent injury.
A person claiming to be called Max Lopez contact me and wanting to "help" me after a reported accident I had been in. Starts quoting all these figures and how I could get my hands on money and other benefits. Wanted to know how he got my number and how does he know that I've been in an accident and says that DMV releases these details...What?!?!?! He starts fishing for personal details as well as details of the accident. The script he was reading was not something that was coming naturally for him and he sounded so off! I cut that thing off real quick! Be careful as this reeks of a SCAM and attempt to steal your details as he wanted my ss number, date of birth, address as well as the filing number of the police report that was filed. These lowlives really do not have any shame!!
Call sounded fishy and scripted from the start. Something related to car accidents and some unbelievable free healthcare stuff.

212-433-4529 is a fake free medicare health insurance / bogus car accident claim and fake work compensation scammer. His name is Michael Martinez with a strong Spanish accent...

Got a voicemail from Eddie Ortiz calling on behalf of the Personal Injury Law Group about the minor car accident I was involved in. Called me from a different number but left this number in the voicemail.
