had a message was unsure of what was going on so i called had an old account i forgot about a few years back with everything going on come to find out after calling the original borrower the account was in bad standings so the office did in fact send me everything i needed gave me all information to resolve matter before this escalated. glad to have had this call and got everything taken care of!
