Who called me from this phone number (210) 852-2202

The owner of this number is posing as a PayPal representative in their credit/refund department. They call after sending an email stating that suspicious activity has taken place on one's PayPal account. The credit department will "refund" the charge..... all they need is your banking information. BEWARE!
