Who called me from this phone number (210) 817-8786

Tried to claim I owed $76.00 on past due tolls in Dallas, TX and I could pay by credit card. When I asked about the vehicle they claimed it was on a Nissan Leaf and I knew it was a scam. The Leaf is an all electric vehicle with a 100 mile range and has never been further then Austin. Beware of these scams.
