Says I should call regarding an Amazon order gave this number to call 813-337-0824
I called Citibank +12106770065 number listed as collect number for customers dialing from outside US. I was calling from Europe. When I receved phone bill from my Euro carrier there were charges for about additional $50 for the so called collect or tall free call. Apparently, in the process I was switched to another agent and was taken off tall free connection. Make sure to mention it to the person helping you to avoid unpleasant surprises. I did tell the agent helping me at the time but I still got charged. Bad business practices.
