Trying to sell ACA health insurance. They call several times a day using this number. They also use many other numbers that are computer generated. I get an avg of 11 calls a day. No help at all from TX or USA.
Received call-no message left so didn't bother to call back.
This number calls my office several times a day and there is only silence at the other end with a hang-up.

These folks call several times a day. When I answer, there in nothing but silence on the other end. The calls come daily, early morning to late evening. I have no idea who is calling, or why they call.
