Claims it's about a debt, but since we have none I imagine they have probably found some old records of one of our less-solvent relatives and want to threaten the whole, "If you don't give us a credit card number to pay their warrants we will have no choice but to send the police out today to arrest them". As much as I would love to see that happen on a couple of them, this is a well known scam. Don't fall for it, people
