Complaints about Phone Numbers209-900-####

I did not believe this person when they called about Bank Am . Because I have never heard of Bank am up in Ohio Any information I get from bank of America is when they send information to me from paper not a phone call. this number it 419-536-0605. I have not use Bank of America in years. And this person said congradtion to me, this number report to the Federal Trade commission, before it gets to far into someone else phone. Received a call from a woman saying that a $190.00 had been charged to my Paypal account. I did not speak just listened to the message. I checked to see if anything had been charged to my account, but nothing had. I also called Paypal and was told that they have had similar complaints. I also called gave them the phone # of the caller. I was suspicious as we rarely use Paypal or authorize any one to use it. She gave a phone # to call to get the charge reverse, but as I was suspicious I did not make a note of it and had no intention to call it suspecting fraud. These calls scams and fraud need to be stopped we are getting at least 2-3 calls a day. It is out of control.
