Who called me from this phone number (209) 813-2970

They said they were SS and transfer me to 3 different people but no one helped me finally I was transferred to a man and he said he was going to play a recording for me and just had to say "yes or no" then I hanged up. they never called me back. They had my name and birth date but never mentioned Social Security.
