Within 2 hours, I received 7 calls from 209-772-6862. I am handicapped and find it difficult to go to the phone to check the caller ID. Finally, after the 7th call, practically in a rage, I answered. All I got on the other end was a female recorded voice that said, "OK, thank you. Goodbye." This is outrageous. They call constantly every day without fail.
