Is 209-759-4955 a scam or spam call?
This number keeps leaving messages on my do not call number saying legal action will be taken against me if I do not return their call. I blocked their number repeatedly and they continue to call on different numbers. I call them back at this number this time and they claim to be the USA Federal Social Security Administration. When questioned they hung up on my five times. They all speak with Indian accents and are just idiots trying to get your personal information. Please do something about this. I receive on average five calls I have to block from solicitors. The Do Not Call system is a joke and the Federal Government is incompetent and cannot stop them.
