Who called me from this phone number (209) 751-4761

This is "The Fundraising Center". They are in the Stockton, CA area (209 area code). They raise money for political causes. The buy huge blocks of telephone numbers and call from all of them to make it harder to block their calls. The first block was 209-222-???? and now they seem to be calling from 209-751-????. They've been calling me about once per day for almost six months. I too have reported them to the FTC, but for a 209-222-???? number. You get a recording if you call them back and there is an option to remove your number from their list. I've used it half-a-dozen times, to absolutely no avail.
