Caller said he was conducting a survey for Blue Shield of California Promises Health Plan. The same number continues to call me until I take the survey ( 3 calls in 24 hours).

Yesterday I received a call from 209-409-3459 regarding Blue Shield of California Promises Health Plan and today I get a call from the same number for either customer satisfaction survey, health care survey or a political poll survey. It does absolutely no good to be on the do not call list because the the first thing that is said is that surveys are not part of the DO NOT CALL LIST.
