Caller left a hang up tone on the answering machine.

No voices on message, just hangs up after silence. Robo? Spam? Scam?

Immediately asks if you can hear them ok to make you say “yes.”

Caller left voicemail saying his name was Michael Davis, a certified processor. Caller had last 4 of social, home address and employment address. Caller instructed us to contact filing party at this number to stop complaint and left a docket number. Upon research I could not locate said "docket" number. I then googled the number and saw a robocall complaint.
