He claimed to be from US Savings Center in Houston, TX and was asking about my car and my car insurance and how he could save me on car insurance rates. He would not provide a business address and very quickly stated the company phone number is 209-268-1286 which is a recording and they do not pick up this line.
Phone number they said to call back was 209-268-1286 which belongs to an individual living in a Senior Apt complex . The number they called from 559-216-1931 only is an outbound type number.
