Who called me from this phone number (209) 264-6953

Claimed I applied for a job on the find a job website. Told him I didn't and he kept talking saying what kind of job am I looking for. Not sure what the scam is, but definitely didn't listen when I told him no, and he kept pushing. Hung up and blocked him
