Scam artist!!! Do not give out any information. Refuse the call from this number!
Received a call from this telephone number yesterday stating I had a payday loan from 2012 and the statute was going to be up in 6 mos. She also said I had three charges against as well as pending papers to be served. Long story short I asked her to email me the information since she stated she had mailed me paperwork and I never received it. Then today my husband receives a msg from a man Mr Richardson that he was going to serve me between 2:30-4 at my place of business or home. It concerns me the way they are pushy and threatening me for something that was from 2012 and isn’t on my credit report

I just got a call from them threatening me that if I didn't do what they said I would be put in jail. I immediately hung up on them. I come from a family of lawyers, and I know a scam when I hear it. If you have a debt with a loan company they cannot use the courts to get the loan repaid. If they want to sue you for something else, they must get a summons from court which will then be mailed to you with the state's seal. You must then acknowledge receipt of that statement at the court house itself. So, if you get calls like this ignore them, and don't worry. It is a scam!
