got a call about unpaid DOT biennial update. never heard of Arrow Rock Compliance before, Don't use them. Already paid the company we use. This is just a deceptive solicitation to trick people to pay them

I have been receiving these calls for the past two months, thought for a minute it was FMC, same thing my bi-annual was not updated and will have penalties, glad found this information from everyone else...it is a total scam, my bi-annual is fully updated.
