Student loan scam.

This phone number is from a community 5 miles from me; I've had multiple calls in the past week, several times a day. Caller doesn't leave a requested message and has started disconnecting after 4 phone rings. I will not answer a call where the number is out-of-state or I don't recognize the number or caller name but I still receive 12-15 calls a day. These nuisance and scam calls have got to stop. I haven't answered an unknown call in 18 months but they continue unabated, I receive message about the IRS, extended warranties, Social Security, Windows computer, money scams and telemarketers among many others.

Called and left no message. Have no idea who this is
