The person (who I could barely understand) said they were from citi bank. They called me by my first name and wanted to make sure it was me. Then they said there were changes to my card that they needed to discuss. They wanted me to verify my address. I said this number does not say citi bank they replied that they use different numbers. I would not give any information she said that I could call the number on the back of my credit card. At that point I knew it was a scam and hung up on her. The call came from Idaho.
