Who called me from this phone number (208) 715-6832

I didn't get a call from them, but I got a Facebook message from someone impersonating a friend, and they used this phone number and said that I should text to it. The scam was that I was supposed to send $1000 and would get a grant of $50,000. They're also using the address agentsmithcollins9@gmail.com. I reported this to Facebook and Google, but I'm sure the scammer will be back.
