Is 208-549-9088 a scam or spam call?

Scam or Fraud November 19, 2020

Caller by the name of "Randy R Draper" wanted to order a La Bella Collection 6 Light Hand Painted Vintage Gold Leaf Chandelier (8807-65) by Livex Lighting. He gave the shipping address "1947 Royal Industrial Blvd, Austell, GA 30106" and said it was for the upper office of "Allports Inc". The actual business is a warehouse business. I spoke with the owner and they have no "upper room" or do they know a "Randy R Draper". He gave the billing information "450 Twilight Trail, West Linn, OR 97068".
