Who called me from this phone number (207) 391-7422

I receive hang up calls from this number on my work phone several times daily. I have called back and reached a 'recorded line' and someone named Andrea, a hearing specialist. As soon as I tell them to remove my number from the call list, she hangs up, but continues calling and hanging up. I need this to stop!!
