Who called me from this phone number (206) 889-6448

I just moved to Renton Wa this person has texted me 3 times in the past and today called me they want to know if the owner of the home I'm staying at wants to sell his home. How in the heck did this person put my phone number together with my brother-in-law. I just moved here from Texas where did they get my number from? I have had my Missouri number since 2003 and this person with-in 3 months of me moving here has my number?
