Leaves a message saying they’ll be forced to take action if the call is not returned. Never says it is collection as required by law, so ether illegal action by collection agency or scam.

"Time sensitive matter" but had my name all wrong. I think this is a debt collector calling anyone with a similar name to get info.

Left me a message that a package could not be delivered! When I returned the call they said they were a debt collector, and that I was going to be served at an address they said I lived at, but I did not know the address. When I called them on it she got very upset, and said I was going to be arrested.
