Banking fraud, I.D. theft, Social Security scam... This organization does not have a business name but offers to "refinance" your bank cards or offers better health insurance... Yet when asked to identify themselves, they immediately get rude and hang up. OR... accuse them of wasting their time because they claim you called them, when all you're doing is answering the robo call THEY placed. This is an illegal operation that is using spoofing other people's phone numbers. In turn, placing innocent person's in legal jeopardy. THAT carriers like AT&T refuse to stop this illegal procurement of private phone numbers they issue should NOT BE THE RESPONSIBILITY of the subscriber to AT&T's services. AT&T should have a legal responsibility to PROTECT their subscribers from such illegal abuse.

Last week I received about a dozen auto-generated dials from this number all with in a minute. This morning, I received 16 auto generated calls in a minute.
