Who called me from this phone number (206) 835-9979

Female left a voicemail, although it sounded like a live person leaving the message, the beginning of their message started before my voicemail started recording, which made me think it was another robo-call/scam call. I called the number back and it just rang. It shows as Providence Health when I looked it up. Called my doctor's office and they haven't tried to get a hold of me. So I'm saying its a complete scam.
