I received a call from this number on Dec 15th wanting money for a first responder association. I politely asked them to remove me from their list. Today Dec 17th I received a call from this same number from an evasive male that would not identify who he was calling on behalf of. Eventually he told me he was fundraising for a fire department.

This is a group that has multiple phone number that is trying to get you to donate for a variety of charitable organizations. If you call the number back, you may be lucky to get to a recording that gives you two options. First option is to be removed from there list or second option is to basically hang up. If you choose to be removed from the list, you soon get calls from different numbers for a different charity. They will not stop calling you.
