This place announced themselves as Recovery Solutions, and I have told them multiple times not to call me anymore. They continue to call, and they are rude, arrogant, and refuses to honor my wishes of DO NOT CALL ANYMORE!!! This is the third time they have called, and the next time I will bring legal action. As a former debt collector, I know the laws. And you would think that this company would train their staff the law as well. YOU CANNOT CONTINUE TO CALL ONCE DIRECTED TO STOP CALLING...... That is unless, YOU ARE CALLING TO CONFIRM YOU GOT THE MESSAGE TO STOP CALLING (Kind of stupid) Or that YOU ARE FILING LEGAL ACTION. I paid half of the bill, and Verizon was to pay the other half. The number was for a Vietnam Veteran that passed away from cancer, and dies only three months before the contract end date. This should actually be national news, but Veterans dont get recognized. Only things like the George Floyd incident gets put on TV.
