Leaving messages on my phone and calling abck about every hour or so. 4 calls alone today. Social security recording 1st time (male voice) and 2nd time a different recording (female voice) telling me to call back to contact an investigating officer.
I have received about a half dozen calls from this number in the last few hours. The first time I answered and there was a recording about a Social Security compromise, and I hung up. I did not pick up the next few. When I picked up again but didn't speak, the number eventually dropped the call. SCAM.
robo call claiming to be from social security. i hung up on them .they called back half hour later left no message.I'm assuming its a social security scam.I'm sure social security will contact be by mail if there's an issue
