I got the same call stating that I had won money and a car. They also stated they were from Publisher Clearing House. They wanted to send me a pdf file to open on my computer. I refused and hung up. Then they called back stating this was not a scam.

Husband got a call from "Publishers Clearing House". He won $950,000 and a car. He directed him to go to Walgreen's to get gift cards for insurance on the car. Of course, we are fans of Scammer's Payback and husband kept him on for as long as possible to keep him from cheating someone else. These guys are unbelievable. He didn't even blink when he told him he could use his FBI Id to get the car, Burn in hell!!!
