Who called me from this phone number (206) 439-5700

Got a call from a foul mouthed scammer. phone was so static filled I could barely understand him. Same scammers it sounds like that are always calling claiming to be with some credit card company or BECU security about fraud. When checking with my cards nothing is filed.
