Who called me from this phone number (206) 401-9741

I received a call from this number also. They claimed to be Phoenix Financial Services that I supposedly owe. (debt is worked out with the hospital at so much per month). I spoke with a guy named Mark. He mumbled things and when asked what he said, he would not repeat it. I told him I would contact the Better Business Bureau and he responded by saying they have "multiples" then hung up!
