This is a scam call. Offered me a refund for my “computer protection plan” because they were going out of business and wanted me to log onto my computer to delete the protection. After playing along with them I asked what computer do they think I have? They said “windows” and I proceed by telling them that is not what I have. He then told me to “fuck off” and hung up. Lol great Customer service ! I still want my check sir ????
