Who called me from this phone number (206) 331-4582

Caller claimed to be from Amazon about a suspicious purchase pending on my account. He insisted that I log into my account while talking to me. When asked for a return number to call back, he became agitated and gave the 206-331-4582 number. Original calling number is 819-760-0245 Quebec Canada.
