Got a call this morning mentioning they do construction work from pouring foundation to building a house. Refused to answer when I asked who they are and how they got my number. Kept going on and I mentioned I need to know or I am reporting you. Why is it so hard to mention who you are and where you are calling from when starting a conversation.

This person is annoying. Calls every day, has a lot of time on their hands. Doesn't say anything. Just wants to be annoying.
