Same email about the iPhone 11 being sent to MA. Why can't phone numbers be turned off?

email about my 700.00 purchase was approved and to call this number if i had any questions. scammer scum. answered the phone as amazon customer service. called him a scammer etc. hung up. they called back but the number was from trout run pa.

Received an email saying Thank you for your purchase of an IPHONE 11 Gold. I called the number that was on the email. Said his name was James Wilson but he was foreign. The phone was to be sent to Massachusettes. I do not know anyone there and I do not live there. This morning I got a phone call from my bank saying someone was trying to withdraw over $700.00 from my account more than once which Thank God the bank blocked the transactions, and called me right away. Received bogus email noting this phone number from amazon saying that I purchased an IPHONE 11 and to be sent to Massachusetts to an address I do not know. I did not order a phone and do not live in Massachusetts

Left a an automated voicemail saying I subscribed to platinum plan single home PC at $299.99. Need to call them back to cancel subscription.
