CALLS ASKING FOR DONATIONS FOR A 'POLICE-FUND'..He said: 'How much should I put You down for?' -I was just being nice, partially listening to him ramble on and on, the whole time thinking, "Have I ever got a break for donating money? don't they illegally hold me up and forcibly take my money from me with their revenue rackets!?!?
