I think this fraudster number is hacking people's cell phone numbers. I received a text message from this number, and the message stated that my number has been added to WhatsApp! And I never added my new cell number to WhatsApp!
I had essentially the same experience with my WhatsApp personal account. I bought a new phone, and WhatsApp didn't transfer over, so I downloaded it again from the Google App store, then I got this message with my own code. Maybe it's legit, but I couldn't see any place to even use the code.
Got a text message saying your WhatsApp Business account is being registered on a new device. do not share this code with anyone.
This number sent me a message trying to hack my WhatsApp account (or verify my cell phone number as real) just after setting up the WhatsApp account. WhatsApp has someone who is accessing their new account holders' phone numbers!!

Text message from this number saying that WhatsApp account being registered on a new device. I did just change to a new phone, that must be why/when the text was sent. Dont' remember if it was actually used when I activated WhatsApp on the new phone. Only noticed the text from this number a month later, cleaning up old texts. Could possibly be legit. But not sure.
