Text fake whatsapp link with code. Attempt to get you to click the fake link. Texted twice one right after the other

Called my cell at 10:10pm MST. Left message: “I was hey I was hoping that I would've called you directly um this is Susan Shelton with capital lending and I just wanted to follow up on the letter that we sent to you regarding a cash advance loan for your business while we still have same-day approval with no credit collateral needed um you can just give me a call back my number is 1-888-921-3510 _?_?_?_?_?_?_?_?_?_?_?_?_?_?_?_?_?_ need this reference number when you call back um that is a ———-thank you…”. I have not searched or requested a business loan.
Claims to own a house he wants to be painted... it's listed on MLS, he's spam. Sends text to go do work. "David Smith".

Text message from this number saying that WhatsApp account being registered on a new device. I did just change to a new phone, that must be why/when the text was sent. Dont' remember if it was actually used when I activated WhatsApp on the new phone. Only noticed the text from this number a month later, cleaning up old texts. Could possibly be legit. But not sure.
