They call ALL THE TIME
Multiple calls a day. Dead phone when answered. I work at a government facility.
I receive calls from this number several times a day on my agency phone in Washington, DC. I don't answer the phone because I don't recognize the number. It doesn't matter because they call right back.

I am getting dozens of calls from this number, as many as 5-6 a day. It is the same each time: silence on the line (doesn't matter if I pick up and say hello, if I pick up and say nothing, or if I don't pick up at all). After about 6-7 seconds, the line disconnects without a click or other noise.
