Constant harassment from multiple telephone numbers including this number not just months but years.
From the post comments it looks like they were claiming to be with National Grid, now they are claiming to be with PSE&G. They left a message and I knew something was up so I blocked the number.

Received a text stating that it was from UPS and they had a package, They didn't say from whom or to whom. They gave an address where to respond (URL.)
