I'm in California - got same call from 203-902-9826 stating I should call for refund of 399.99 which they had already automatically charged. I did not call back but looked up number - I see they have called a lot of people.
called asking for $399.99 for my computer to work .. or they will charge my bank account this amount every month I don't comply.. Losers
Just received a call from this number, I called back and spoke with someone that sounded drunk. Said I needed to go to my computer and turn it on, so they could send me my refund, they were going to send the form to my computer screen, I asked why it couldn't be sent to an email, his response was they are all online and have to do it that way. When I said I was calling my local PD he said he would hold the line. I told him I am not falling for their SCAM and he said I was waiting his time. So tired of these calls! I am in CT, and I asked where he was? he said New York I said why are you calling from CT, he had no answer and finally hung up!
I just received the same message! They were charging me $399.99 for a service to a computer! If they did not hear from me in a few h o ours they were taking t h e money from my bank account. I called the number back. Just gives a busy signal. Received call in Florida. Call is a New Haven, Connecticut number. I want to find these people!

I received a message from robo caller on Labor Day to pay for a renewal of some service that was not clear. $399.99. CAUTION. It is a scam.
