Who called me from this phone number (203) 666-4633

I just got a call from (203)666-4633. The person told me it was a recorded line and asked for the last 4 digits of my social security number and would not identify who they were or why they were calling until I would give them my information. They had my correct address and told me to tell them the zip code to verify it. I hung up immediately.
