Who called me from this phone number (203) 610-6183

Caller claimed to be from the Police Association asking for donation to support training to keep the community safe. He sounded all official but I was not having it. I asked for information to be sent to me in order for me to have all the information before donating. He continued to try to get me to pick a donation amount and I reiterated that I would not commit without official documentation in front of me and he hung up.
