Who called me from this phone number (203) 580-6878

Twho ever this is calls here 3 - 4 times a day. Today, i was awaiting a call and answered the phone before looking at caller id. A live person says this is a recorded line and our records indicate you are eligible for a 30 day free and i kept saying who are you? no answer so I slammed the phone down.
