Who called me from this phone number (203) 456-8214

Very bad connection. The woman on the line claimed to be from the "Auto Protection Department" but wouldn't say what company this "department" was under. Once asked if she was with Honda, she replied "Yes", then tried to sell me a warranty I already had. I said if she were really with Honda, she should see that I already have an extended warranty. Then she hung up.
