They lie and say the are calling from UConn Health Care for medical bills but then when you're on hold they say they're collecting money on a traffic ticket in New York!
They left a voicemail saying that they are a collections agency for UConn Health. No outstanding medical bills.
Answered the call - no response on the line.
wouldn't even identify themselves or inform they they were calling unless i validated my name - stated the call is regarding an "important business matter"
