Called several times call dropped and no message

From the post comments it looks like they were claiming to be with National Grid, now they are claiming to be with PSE&G. They left a message and I knew something was up so I blocked the number.

Phone call came in & I did not recognize the digits, so as I usually do I let it ring through to voicemail to see if they will leave a message, which they DID NOT - When that happens I will typically wait 15 minutes or so and call them back with my *67 defenses on. It turns out that when called back 203-409-1263 connects me to "Sunrise Credit services" which is a "legit debt collection agency" as far as I can tell. So I just blocked the number and all other numbers known to be connected to that company.. Another loser company harrassing the wrong person, yet again. (Who so ever possessed my cell number before me, gave it out to tons of scammers and what not. oh so fun......not..)

Just a voice saying a series of numbers then repeating. Calls several times a day for last week from this number and others one number up or down. (203-409-1261 or 203-409-1263) creepy. Once in an Asian language with a female work but usually a male voice.
